every time i try to log in on ea app
every time i want to log in in ea app it shows me that i have another account registred,i purchased fc26 from steam and i try to play ea fc i cdant log in because i have another account signed,but i never signed in my entire life on ea app, cab y all please help me this is what it shows me

Your accounts can’t be linked because your Steam account Steli already linked to your EA Account for el*****@heterosexualmail.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one Steam account in its lifetime. and i dont even have that gmail please help me
