Exercising my right to be forgotten

My old EA account got banned so I made this new one. But now I can’t link this new one to my Xbox because the banned account is still attached. How can I unlink the account or get ea to delete it. The ea help website is useless and I can find any way to contact ea. will I need to exercise my right to be forgotten and if so how can I contact ea to do so.
