MY ACCOUNT WAS PERMANENTLY BANNED AFTER TRYING TO PAY FOR BF6 AND FC26 COINS.

Hi, So 5 days ago i was trying to buy some BF6 and FC26 coins to top up my account which i was doing well earlier but all of a sudden they weren't going through so i retried after some minutes then after some hours then decided to contact support because all of my attempts failed. They said that i should retry some other time and that their systems were good the following day i retried got the same error decided to remove then readd my card as i thought my info maybe was incorrect did it retried got the same error i didn't think that my account had an issue. So i contacted my bank and they fixed the issue saying the problem was on their side. So after 3 hours i got a notification saying my account was banned permanently due to fraud and player security which im thinking was retrying to buy coins from EA. I appealed been 3 days my case says waiting on studio im wondering if i should just give up or wait because that account was everything to me it had my games balances, progress my coin balances.

    If your account has been banned by the team, then it means that they found evidence that actions taken on your account were in breach of the EA Terms of Service. There can be cases of false positives so if you think this is the case then the team will review your ban with you.

    In cases like this, the support we can offer on the forums is limited, the best thing I can recommend is to gather as much info as you can and appeal the ban.

    As you have already done this and your case has been escalated to the studio, then the best thing for now is to give the team time to review and respond.

    If you reopen the case then it can be removed from the escalation queue and need to be re-escalated so the best thing to do is keep an eye on your email and wait for the team to respond.
