Explanation as to why this players username was deemed to not break TOS?
On Battlefield 6, I encountered a player with the username "6MilWasntEnough". I reported the user, and I got an email saying no action was taken as it didn't break TOS with the explanation of:
"We investigate the context before deciding if reported content or accounts follow the guidelines in our Positive Play Charter and the rules in our User Agreement. Sometimes, a single comment in a broader conversation—or an opinion that differs extremely from yours—may not be a violation."
Oh, I'm sorry. It's just a matter of opinion whether or not 6 million people killed in the Holocaust was enough or not?
Of course EA chat support was no help since they just use premade chat responses. I know it's very likely that AI is being used to moderate reports. It's a little ridiculous that players with the most benign of joke usernames are being suspended, and people like this are not being suspended.
