fc26 crash on launch problem

**Subject:** FC 26 crashes on launch (Exit Code 100010)

Hello EA Support,

EA SPORTS FC 26 crashes immediately when launched through the EA App. The EA AntiCheat window appears normally, then a black game window opens for a second before closing. The EA App reopens, and the game exits with code **100010**.

Troubleshooting already completed:

* Reinstalled FC 26 and EA AntiCheat

* Clean boot

* DDU + latest NVIDIA driver

* Updated BIOS and Secure Boot keys

* Tested Memory Integrity on/off

* Ran SFC and DISM (both clean)

* Removed ViGEmBus and HidHide

* Checked Event Viewer and Process Monitor (no useful errors)

The Steam version works on the same PC. Also, another user signed into the same EA account on a different PC and experienced the exact same issue, suggesting this may be account- or EA App-related.

The important detail is that **the Steam version of FC 26 works perfectly on the same PC**. This appears to be an EA App-specific launch issue rather than a Windows or hardware problem
