White screen when loading the game
I can't find a solution. When I load EA FC26 on PS4, the first few screens load, but as soon as it says my account is connecting to EA's servers, it says it stopped recording because I entered a locked scene, and then a white screen with a loading symbol appears and it doesn't progress any further.

I lost my email address and I can’t get it back, when i tried to open my game fc 26 in this case, and it asked to send a code obviously i can’t access it but the graceful AI bot that this billion dollar company created has literally been sending me on loops instead of actually helping i can’t even play the game i paid full price for what a joke
