Anytime I try to log into FC 26, my game doesn't load, and when I press my game, it is just saved as 1, and my username is not there, but when I click on the game, it says "Failed to load," and it gives me the option to Retry or cancel, and I don't wanna delete my progress.33Views0likes0CommentsUltimate Team Menu Freezing Issues
Been having this issue since about UT birthday began. Every single time I try to log into ultimate team it takes 2-3 minutes to log in (never used to take that long) but I can’t seem to last 5 minutes without it freezing, which either says I’ve lost connection and have to start again or I’ve lost connection and it’s kicked me out of ultimate team. I’ve tried everything to try sort it out (changing to google servers, change screen settings, etc) but nothing has worked. I don’t lag or freeze on any other game so I’m 99% sure it’s not a connection issue with my WIFI. It’s a real shame because all I want to do is to be able to play a game that I’ve spent £90 on without having issues. When I actually play the game (ie division rivals and champs) it doesn’t lag. It’s just the menus. I work lates so when i finish work I don’t tend to actually play online, so it would be nice to chill and grind menus without having a very annoying problem. would appreciate if anyone else has similar issues to reply to this and hopefully help me fix it. just makes me unfortunately feel like I don’t want to buy the next game. A game I’ve been playing for 20 years now cheers19Views0likes1CommentFC26 License Error
Hello EA Support, I’m experiencing an issue with EA SPORTS FC 26 on PS4 where my game keeps switching to the Showcase version even though I previously had access to the full game and played it normally for months. Here’s what happened: The first time this issue occurred was when I was playing Career Mode and my area experienced a power outage. My PS4 shut down unexpectedly while FC 26 was running. After the electricity came back, I didn’t use the PS4 until the next day. The following day, when I launched FC 26, the game appeared as the Showcase version instead of the full game. I restored licenses multiple times and completely shut down my PS4 for about an hour. After doing that, the game eventually returned to normal and I was able to continue playing Career Mode and other full-game content without any issues. Recently, while I was trying to start a new Player Career Mode, the issue happened again. A message appeared saying something similar to: “This content is out of your PS4. You will be returned to the main menu.” After that message, I was sent back to the menu. When I launched the game again, it had switched back to FC 26 Showcase. Since then, I have tried the same troubleshooting steps that worked before, but nothing has fixed the issue: Restored PlayStation licenses multiple times. Restarted the PS4 multiple times. Fully shut down the PS4 for extended periods. Rebuilt the PS4 database in Safe Mode. Deleted and re-downloaded FC 26. Confirmed the account is still logged in. Confirmed FC 26 still shows as “Purchased” on the PlayStation Store. Confirmed my internet connection is stable. Additional details: My Career Mode save files are still on the console. No error codes are displayed. The game launches directly into FC 26 Showcase. The issue persists even after reinstalling the game. Could you please check if there is a problem with my game entitlement, license validation, account access, or version recognition? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.22Views0likes1CommentFC 26 Ultimate Team stuck on loading screen on PS5, but Companion App works
Hi, I cannot access Ultimate Team on PS5. It stays stuck forever on the FUT loading/promo screen. I can access my club normally through the Companion App. I deleted my squads through the Companion App/Web App and created an empty/clean squad as requested. I then closed the Companion App, waited, and tried entering Ultimate Team again on console, but it still gets stuck forever on the loading/promo screen. To give more detail: this started exactly after the new World Cup/International Tournament season update. Before that update, Ultimate Team worked normally. Since the new season started, I have not been able to enter FUT on console at all. The Companion App works and I can access my club there. Also, when I disconnect my PS5 internet while the game is stuck loading, the FUT menu appears and shows my current coins and FC Points correctly. This suggests my club loads partially, but the console cannot complete the FUT synchronization. I have already tried clearing cache, rebuilding database, deleting local saved data, reinstalling the game, hard reset, router restart, mobile hotspot, checking server status, deleting squads, creating an empty/clean squad, clearing pending items/rewards, and even downloading the PS4 version on my PS5. The PS4 version also gets stuck. This seems to be an account/club-side FUT synchronization issue, not a normal connection issue. Could this please be escalated to the team to force logout/resync/repair my FUT club data112Views1like3CommentsFC 26 SPLASH SCREEN CRASH
Hi everyone, I need help and I want to bring attention to a critical issue that EA Support has finally acknowledged as a server-side bug. The Problem: I bought FC 26 and played it without any issues at the beginning. However, for the last 2 months, I haven't been able to launch the game. Every time I try to start it, it crashes instantly at the splash screen and sends me back to the EA App. What I’ve discovered: It’s not my PC: I can still play FC 25 on this same computer with zero issues. This proves my hardware and drivers are perfectly fine. Handshake Error: After many support sessions, it has been confirmed that the crash happens during the pre-initialization/authentication phase. My account cannot "handshake" with the EA servers to verify my game rights. No Folder Creation: The game crashes so early that it doesn't even create an "FC 26" folder in my Documents. Offline Mode Fails: Even trying to launch the game in Offline Mode leads to the same crash, meaning the license token is completely broken. My Request: EA Support has officially documented this as a potential bug in my case notes (Case ID: 239359087). They admitted that standard support tools cannot fix this and it requires a deeper look into the account's "entitlements." I am not looking for basic troubleshooting steps like "update your drivers" or "clear your cache"—I have done all of that dozens of times. I am requesting a senior technical specialist or a community manager to look into this account-side authentication block. Is anyone else who was previously able to play the game now stuck at the splash screen? How did you get EA to fix your account synchronization?1.1KViews0likes34CommentsFC 26 Career Mode saves missing after PS5 database rebuild
When I launched the game recently (having played it for 200 hours previously), it started as if it were the first time ever (asking me to choose my favourite club and set initial preferences). All of my Career Mode saves were gone from the in-game menu. However, I have checked my PlayStation 5 storage and my saved data is still present locally (around 94.38 MB). This suggests the save data has not been deleted, but the game is no longer detecting or loading it. The issue began immediately after my PS5 performed a “Rebuild Database” process on startup. Since then, the game has not been able to recognise any existing Career Mode progress. Since noticing the issue, I have: Confirmed the saved data is still on console storage Verified I am using the correct user profile Launched the game without being connected to the internet Rebuilt the PS5 database a second time Checked cloud storage for backups (none available or usable) Despite all of this, the game continues to behave as though no save data exists, even though it is clearly still present on the system. Has anyone else experienced this issue or managed to recover their Career Mode saves after something similar? Any help or insight would be appreciated.313Views0likes1Comment
