Formal Complaint Disconnections and Game Freezing in Clubs Mode

Dear EA SPORTS Support Team,

I am writing to formally complain about a frustrating technical issue that I have been experiencing while playing Fc 27, particularly in Clubs Mode.

The game keeps disconnecting me from matches without any apparent reason. Sometimes the game freezes, and other times it suddenly kicks me out of the match. This happens repeatedly and makes the game extremely frustrating and almost impossible to enjoy.
