EA FC 27 crashes when launching through Steam

Hello everyone,

I am experiencing a serious problem with EA SPORTS FC 27 and I would appreciate your help.

Whenever I launch the game through Steam, it starts loading normally. However, when the message "Launching Game" appears, the game suddenly closes. The EA App also closes and then restarts.

I strongly believe that the problem is related to the connection between Steam and the EA App, rather than my PC. I have played all previous FIFA and EA SPORTS FC games without any problems. This issue only happens with EA FC 27.

I have already contacted EA Support several times and followed all the troubleshooting steps they requested. My case was also escalated to another team because a different Steam account had previously been linked to my EA account.

Unfortunately, I still cannot play the game I paid for.

I would like to know if anyone has experienced the same issue or knows how to fix it.

I hope someone from the EA development team will look into this problem and provide a solution.
