I am also dealing with this same issue. And when I click on the link and go to "contact us" to request that this account be deleted, I am unable to submit it bc two fields are required that will not populate with information, and I can't leave them blank. I want this account deleted NOW. I did not authorize, and you need to make this easier to do. Please have support contact me and manage this ASAP.
Same situation here - regarding the idiotic 2 fields required....just start typing the title name of an ea game - sims for example, and select it from the automatic search results. Same with 2nd field. Type PC and wait for the automatic search, then select it.
I submitted that request form to delete this fraudulently created account, but I'm not waiting in the chat line to get it done there.
