Fraudulent account created by hacker

PLEASE DELETE MY EA ACCOUNT AS THIS WAS FRAUDULENTLY CREATED WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION.

Our organization has had over 100 accounts created associated with email addresses in our company in the past three weeks. These accounts must be deleted and it's been impossible to even request deletion up to this point.
