If you're not getting a pop-up after clicking on Chat with us, please check if you have any pop-up or adblocker running on your browser and disable it for the EA Help page. 

Hello again, I left a message via EA support using the Chat with us option but still no response.

Although it was said that my credit card would not be charged for creating an EA ID for my son, a small fee was charged. So who will help me fix the problem? Again, I cannot access the Chat with us option from the help center.

All that needs to be done is to allow the EA ID I created for my son, which I connected with my Xbox PC Game Pass membership.

The EA ID account I wrote here appears to be connected to an Xbox account, where should I write to fix this? Doesn't the EA help center have an e-mail address?

How can I log in to EA systems with my son's EA ID? The EA ID I created with my own email address does not appear in my EA account. I need to link the Xbox account connected to this EA ID account.

Tried with all of them but the result is the same. I guess EA advisors are not working. I have been trying to reach them for 4 days but no one is responding. I don't understand how this is ridiculous even though they took money from my credit card.

When you click on the Chat with Us option, does the pop-up for the chat appear on the bottom right of your browser?

No, no window opens. As I said, I tried with all browsers but the same. I have created 3 cases before. 2 of them are fixed, 1 of them is marked as solved. I can't understand this either.
