Last night they sent the email, but even though they didn't give any code, I tried logging in again around 5 AM, received three codes, and finally they changed the login email. All my EA games are gone. I need urgent help.

Ok, let's try to get to the bottom of this together. What we know so far is that there were verification codes, and after that, you're not seeing your games.
Are you checking in the EA app, or another library?
Could you double-check that the email address you're logged into is the same one that the EA games were connected to?
