Genuinely don’t know what to do anymore
Hello this is my last ditch effort because I’ve gotten no help from EA support what so ever. My EA account was created using my grandfathers email and he has since passed. The email has been deleted for inactivity by yahoo so I can’t get into the email account and who knows what the password could be. My Xbox account is stuck on this EA account and I can’t get it off since I can’t access the account. I’ve tried the recognized device as well as the recovery flow option from support workers and no pop up is coming up even though my Xbox is a recognized device. Genuinely at a loss for what to do and I need help
