thank you 10Aschentee , yes i answered every question in the chat but he tell me to contact them but when i click the link the redirect me again to the same page from before and can't talk with a real person

Yeah, EA Help website is really tough, it keeps looping instead of showing the actual contact buttons.
You’re definitely not the only one stucked in this hellish loop.
Try this exact path, it usually forces the system to show the real contact form:- Go to help.ea.com (logged in with your new account).
- Click Help with a game at the top.
- Pick a popular title like Apex Legends or The Sims 4 (it doesn’t matter if you own it).
- Select your platform (PC, PS5, etc.).
- Choose the topic Orders and rewards.
- Then select Missing content or Report a payment issue.
- Scroll down and click Select contact option.
Because you’re reporting a payment or missing content issue, the website usually skips the bot entirely and gives you a direct Email or Live Chat button.
Once you reach a real person, just explain that the "What to do if your EA Account was hacked" page keeps looping and that you need help recovering your main account. They can transfer your case straight to the Account Recovery team.
Let's hope this finally breaks the loop for you, keep me updated on whether the contact form shows up!Little reminder about weekends (once again because it is important): live chat availability depends heavily on your region and time zone. Even if chat is offline, you should still be able to open an email ticket, and that’s enough to get your case into the queue for a real human to review.
