Hacked Account Stays Logged In

Question

My EA account account was recently breached, and the hacker changed the primary email of my account to their own. Now that I've reclaimed my EA account, changed email and password, and reactivated 2FA, the hacker is still logged in. Each time I try to play Apex Legends, I get a message that my profile is logged in on another machine/platform, and that I can't play from 2 different locations. I only play on steam, I have never played another platform. How do I log the other person out? Can't seem to fix this. Help!

I'm sorry to hear about that. You can untrust all devices that were used to log in to your account before; that will log them out and require the two-factor authentication to log in again. To do that, go to https://myaccount.ea.com/am/ui/security-privacy and find the trusted devices. From there, you can remove the devices.&nbsp;

If your device is the only trusted device and someone else still has access to your account, I would suggest that you change the email on the account again and also re-secure your email address. If you need any further assistance making account changes, feel free to contact EA Help Support:&nbsp;

I have secured my email but the problem persists. Is there any way to get this other person out of my account or can I only wait until they finally decide they're bored with my account and will log off? Thanks for the help.
