where is the ability to actually to talk to a real human as the bot doesn’t actually answer the questions I’m asking it.
Community ManagerHi there. You should be able to find your issue using the bot, but then get the option to talk to an advisor. Unless you're trying to contact them for an issue that isn't supported. What did you need some help with?
