Hacked email account
EA will still not update my hacked email account even after verifying ownership of account. Why is that? You have a hacked email on your servers.

That article was about procedures for hacked EA ACCOUNTS, all of which I have done and do use 2 factor login. My problem is EA will not let me change or update my hacked EMAIL. Simply want to change my email address. I have been verified as the owner of this account. Why won't the EA "team" allow me to change my hacked email? Cannot change or update the email on your account website. Have used the support chat box and 3x cases were created with no solution. Others have gotten this resolved. Why won't you resolve mine??

Unfortunately, I don't have any other details. We don't have account visibility and we cannot make any changes to them. You'll need to try again with an advisor.
