Unfortunately, we don’t have access to account information, linked account details, or account recovery tools through the forums, so we’re unable to remove or change the EA Account linked to your Xbox gamertag.
Since you’ve already tried live chat, I’d recommend contacting EA Help again and explaining that you believe your Xbox account was linked to an EA Account without your authorization. Please provide any ownership information they request, as the EA Help team is the team that can review the account and advise on the available recovery options.
I have tried that already and they said they cant break the link because of policies. And everytime they try to prove ownership, they are trying to prove ownership for the hacker's EA account and not for my xbox account

Unfortunately, we can't manually remove the link or override the account verification requirements from here. I would recommend contacting EA Help again and making it clear that you're reporting an unauthorized EA Account being linked to your Xbox account, rather than requesting a standard account unlink.
I know you've already contacted EA Help, but account ownership and linking issues need to be reviewed by the account support team, so there isn't an alternative way for us to make that change through the forums.
