4 days agoYou did the right thing by trying to contact the support team. They can help update the email on the EA account and guide you through the account recovery steps from there.
If there's been no response pn your case after a few days or if you're in any way concerned, the case may have fallen through for whatever reason, get back in touch with the support team again by creating a new case and referencing the case number for the one you're concerned about.
