Have not received follow-up from EA after winning giveaway at PWHL game

Hello,

I wasn't able to navigate this exact issue on the main Help pages nor via the AI Chatbot.

I went to a PWHL Toronto Sceptres hockey game and my row was selected as the winners of an EA Sports NHL26 giveaway but I haven't been contacted yet. This game took place in early March. I contacted the Sceptres organization and they replied saying my details (name, email, phone number) have already been forwarded to their partner organization (EA). 

Any direct or indirect assistance would be much appreciated. I just want to redo the Olympic Gold Medal games just to feel something, y'know?

    Hey 13d9cf2ab5d69241​ , was this an event organised by the team? 

    Generally, events like this are organised by the team without EA being actively involved.

    Any issues with getting a prize would be something that you need to address with the hosts. It may simply be the case that it will take some time for your prize to be sent out.

    The team who organised the event would be best positioned to chase this up for you as it is unlikely that our live support would have oversight of this.
