Can't retreive TFA codes, lost access to email
Hi ea i lost my email it has been deleted al long time ago i cant login ea on web i want to change my email but when i try to change my email a code gets send to my old email could you please help me if you want proof that the account is from me i can show you proof ,Thank you

You need our support team's help to reset where the security codes are sent and to update the email on the EA account.
To reach them,
- Open this guide and scroll to the bottom, and click 'Contact Us' under the heading 'Still having issues?'.
- This will open up the EA NextStep bot to help complete the help ticket for sending. Once you've completed the next steps and submitted the ticket, a support case will be sent to the support team
