I'm so sorry to hear this and to hear you're having trouble reaching our support team. The EA Help site recently underwent a revamp, so things may be a bit different depending on what steps you followed.
Our support team can help you update the email address on the EA account, once you've passed the account ownership verification stage with them. They'll do their best from there to assist you with recovering access to the account and resecuring it.
Please get in contact with our support team, and have the following information ready:
- The email address you used to make your EA Account.
- Any usernames or console IDs (e.g. Xbox Live Gamertags or PlayStation™Network Online IDs) connected to your EA Account.
- Any invoice numbers from games you’ve bought from our store or product codes for your games.
- If you’re trying to get back into a mobile game, have your mobile game’s ID ready.
