You'll need to contact EA Help for assistance with this, as it's not possible for account problems to be resolved here for security reasons. These quick steps should help you get started.
- Go to help.ea.com.
- Select "Help by Topic" then "EA Account" from the options at top.
- Choose the "How to get back into your EA Account" option.
- Select "Contact us" at the very end of the guide that will appear, and follow the on-screen instructions from there.
You could also try requesting a password reminder for your linked email account. Occasionally, this will make a deactivated email address reactivate itself.
I've also moved your thread to a more general EA forum, since the issue isn't specific to the Battlefield series.
