Help - 2FA codes are not sending to my phone AND email
Apologies if this is in the wrong section, i've never had to post before
When i log in to my account, it asks to send a code to my email or phone. Both options do not send a code.
EA support did kindly help set me up with the secondary email, which allows me to log in, however i do not have easy access to this email account as it is an old email which i never use and i want to use my phone to log in as it is quicker.
I swapped out my primary phone number to another of my numbers in order to again swap back to my primary number in hope of resetting it, however when it sends a code for me to swap back, this again does not go through, so now i am stuck with a different phone number and secondary email as the only ways to access my account.
Is there any way you can fix this issue as support told me that it was a server issue despite the other methods working (all server status are green as of typing)
