Help - Live support needed

I bought the expansion pack; Sims 4 Lovestruck, after recieving an email telling me I would get a discount. I followed the steps to buy the expansion pack with the discount but did not get any discount. I contacted the EA support chat at once and was told by the advisor to contact them again within 24 hours since my payment had not reached EA yet. The money was drawn from my account and now I can't find the option to start a new chat with an EA advisor. I have the right to get a refund since I live within the EU and have 14 days to get all the money back if I change my mind about an online purschase. 

Right of Withdrawal

In certain countries, consumer law includes a Right of Withdrawal, which is a right to cancel orders of digital content. This can include digital subscriptions purchased online within 14 days from the date of purchase, as long as the content hasn’t been downloaded or the subscription service hasn’t otherwise been accessed.

The right to cancel is lost if the content is downloaded within the first 14 days from the date of purchase or upon expiration of the 14 days, whichever is sooner.

You can make a refund request:
  • Within 24 hours after you first launch the game.
  • Within fourteen days from the day you bought it, if you haven’t launched the game.
  • Within fourteen days from the release date if you pre-ordered the game, if you haven’t launched the game.- Great Game Guarantee Refund request form

I have legal rights to get my money back according to EA statutory rights, but I can't make a refund request and not even fill out the form since it says "You don't have any games that qualify for a refund right now." but I DO HAVE AN EXPANSION PACK THAT QUALIFY FOR A REFUND due to the statutory rights and the EA Great Game Guarantee. 

I haven't even download the game since I changed my mind the second I pressed on the pay-button.... Can someone please help me? It has been a week now and I don't get the chat option when I search at the same page for refund as I did a week ago. I tried it last tueseday (one day after the purschase) but the chat was inavalable due to technical issues or something similar and it was a message on the screen to try again later. And now when I try again the option to start a chat is not available. 

What am I going to do? I really need to get the purschase refunded and I do not know how to do this without getting in touch with live support that is unavailable.

    First a couple of points. the DLC is not a subscription. and it is not covered by Great game guarantee. This was stated on the purchase page where you could also see the price. 

    Follow this https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/using-ea-help/  to request a chat. They may decide to give you a refund even though they are not obligated to do so.
