help.ea.com/en/customer-care/solutions leads to error 500 internal server error

i am having license issues with sims 4 and want to create a help ticket the beta of EA NEXT STEP sends me to

no matter what options i choose and the pages opens up to error 500 internal server error. i need customer service so i can show my proof of purchase for my packs and be able to play them. i have bought over 9 packs.

Hey SR_FATE,

It's loading fine on my end. Could you try the link via an incognito window, and if that doesn't work, could you try deleting your browser cache and cookies? (Note that you will need to sign in everywhere again if you do.)
