What can I do to get some help from EA... I know they dont care about us, but im trying to get ANY F... help for like 2 month...

EA help is bs.... and that is kind from me, bc even if you find the RIGTH contact us button, it dosent even do anything, just sayin:

AND THEN NOTHING HAPPENS.....

And even this forum, i needed 20 solid minutes to get there to find this thread opening button... and please dont think I'm not the brightest... I'm a programmer so I need to find soulutions for problems daily...

Please anybody this is my cry for help to get help, i dont even have that big of a problem, but i need support to help me with it, and PLEASE do something with your support beacuse it is nonexistent, I dont dont even understand how you cant pay SOME people to do it, we pay so much money to you...

Hi EA_mplsnow​ !Thanks for your help.My problem is that I forgot my account when I bougth bf6 and I played like 40hrs with it, when I realized I have that account with all my bf games. so I would like to merge my accounts. But that link you sent me, I sent like 10 messages, and the only reponse I got is the message what i pasted above, that an advisor will email me, but that is a strait up lie... nobody ever sent me a message, and I would like to say that I am a cool headed guy, they can have rough times, or the email wont work, or mybe my browser os anything is not working, but I tried everything, i only got that message ad no help, and I am sitting with my game, what I builded a PC for, and lost 40 hrs of progression... Yeah, I lost it bc I bought it on steam, so I did link with the wrong EA acc, but when I tried to reverse it it locked itself for 3 more month from now, so there are multiple ways to get back my progression but i need official support, and thats why this was my last idea.So in a nutshell, I know the ONLY way to get help, I EVEN LOOKED UP A YOUTUBE VIDEO that maybe i click it in a wrong way or anything, but no i get this message and it goes into the woid with all my hope.Thanks!(spoiler: they don't)

Just checking in here, have you been able to hear back from our support team on your request? If not, it'd be best to try selecting a different topic as your issue on that web form to see if you're able to access the live chat option. I believe some regions don't offer a live support option, so you may also need to temporarily change your location to see if that helps. Thanks!&nbsp;
