help me please, Ive reached an infinity loop and ea help is no help

The email I have used to log into Origin and EA to play the sims has been deleted. I no longer have access to it, and it's dead in the water.

I need to change my email or add a phone number to log into EA to play the sims, which is a game I have spent a lot of money on.  But when I click any number of links that could provide me wit the ability to change my login information it needs to send a verification email to my old email that I no longer have access to to prove that it is infact me. As we have esablished any email sent top that address will never reach me.

EA help has told me repeatedly to just go back to the page that allows me to edit my own login information but EVERYTHING requires a verification email. I have then been rerouted to a diffrernt help page where I am able to submit a case to start chatting with an actual person that can help me reset my email with proof of past purchases in my account. My case was finally created and I can see in under "my cases" when I click to continue it brings to the page and tells me to "resume case" I click it and im brought to the help page which is where I started the case/chat, if i click anything there it tells me to create a new case or go back to my created cases. if I go back to my created cases it tells me to resume to start chatting and if i click resume Im brought to the help page again.

I do not know what to do and I just want the play the sims help me please.

    Hey there,

I'm really sorry to hear that you're unable to make the necessary account changes to use your EA account. Here in the EA Forums, we're unable to assist you in making these changes. However, I can try to share some information on what you could possibly do to get that fixed.

Since you no longer have access to the email registered on your EA account, you will need to contact EA Help once again. The best way to contact them to get this sorted would be via chat. Depending on the product and topic selected on the EA Help website, you will be given the appropriate contact option. If you select "EA Account" as the product and "I want to update my EA account information" as the topic, you should get the chat option. Please give that a try and let us know if that works.
