As several staff members have already mentioned across multiple threads (which I’ve now merged since they all concern the same issue), please note that EA Community staff and members of the Superuser (SU) Program cannot assist with any account-related matters.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Banned accounts
- Disabled accounts
- Lost/No access to accounts
- Hacked or compromised accounts

This will be the final message in this thread, which is now locked. We also ask that you refrain from:
- Creating multiple threads about the same issue
