Help regaining compromised account
Hello,
My EA Account was hacked on November 12, 2025. The attacker changed the email and locked me out of the account. EA correctly detected the takeover and applied a ban.
I am the original owner. I can verify through my PSN login, previous EA email, purchase history, date of birth, or anything else needed.
I need help unbanning and restoring my account so I can regain access and secure it with my correct email. I submitted a ban appeal for my EA Account, but I realized I was not asked for my contact email during submission. I have my case number if needed.
I was able to circumvent this by launching a ticket using this new account and describing the situation to the live chat agent. I would suggest adding a way for banned members to be able to submit a ticket without appealing in case of this situation.
