Help with accessing account
Hello,
Years ago, I created my Sims account with my dad back in junior high using an old email address from Spectrum. However, my parents stopped using Spectrum and we lost access to our email. I have never been able to change the email address with the Sims account because it always asked for a verification code from the email we no longer have access to. This was never a problem at first because I could still sign in to the EA App, but now, even EA is asking for a verification code in order to sign in. So, I'm stuck because I can't get the verification code, there is no phone number attached to the account, I don't know the EA ID, and if I create a new account, I lose all of my packs that I have purchased over the course of 10 years. I would really wish to not have to purchase these all over again. I just want to get access to my account and change the email. Is there any possible way I can do that?
