My account was hacked and I can't play any EA games and I own a lot of them on Steam, what should I do now?

This is my second account, that account was hacked, and it sends me a verification code to some unknown account, but when I try to log in via Steam, it tells me that I'm permanently banned and I don't know why...
Good luck, Having Same issue right now. No Help from EA
