From what you described, this sounds more like an account linking issue rather than something on the console itself. I don’t have access to account-level details from here, but a couple of quick checks you could try:

• Sign in to your EA Account on a browser (not the Switch)
• Go to Connections and check if your Nintendo account is still linked there
• If it is, see if the option to unlink is available (sometimes it’s restricted depending on the account state)

If you’re unable to unlink it there, or the error 105-80190000 keeps coming up, the best next step would be to contact EA Help so they can look directly at your account and handle the unlink safely:
