Helping unlinking to an account with an old e-mail address

I just purchased Madden 26 Deluxe and College Football 26 Deluxe today.  I am unable to link my newly created EA account to my Playstation account because it says that my PlayStation™Network account ...

The EA error message also says:

An EA Account can only be linked to one PlayStation™Network account in its lifetime.
