Hey help my own acoount is connected to unknow ea acoount

i am writing this from a different ea account as ive lost all access to my main account

account was hacked and email was changed even though 2fa was enabled i didnt even get any password change notification or email or any code on my phone number please help me get my account back as i am not able to change the email to my one or login to my account anymore
