how do i change my email if ea support is useless

ive been trying to change my email i no longer have access too to another one of my emails. they tell me provide info to prove ownership of the account i send everything thats 100% right and they still deny me and close my tickets. Is there any way to ever change my email? Am i hacked?

    Sorry to say Offdawallzay​ but if you are unable to verify account ownership then our team will not be able to assist you in gaining access to or making changes to an account.

    All we can recommend is that you gather as much additional info as possible.

    EA Support cant fix issues even when verified.  I have verified accounts and they are unable to change ID, update email, or do anything useful other than send me in a circle.   All i can tell is the 3 support chats i had were following a guide and had no ability to fix anything.  Literally tried this all last week for a completely busted registration process EA has for parents, returning each EA game at this point.  FYI when I called stateside when 1800 existed for EA support they were able do these things.

    yeah theyre useless lol and samew thing with the support chats what a waste of time and money
