The steps I shared earlier are accurate and intended to guide you directly to that support channel. If you follow the instructions provided, you should see this option on your screen:

Quite literally is not option for "see all topics", and then "I want to update my EA Account information." That verbiage does not exist on this page https://help.ea.com/en/

Please note that you're referring to a post that's 4 months old. The website has been updated recently and things have changed slightly.
You can go to this page: https://help.ea.com/en/, click on "EA Account Support":
Select the topic you need, and follow the instructions. If that doesn't solve your problem, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Contact Us":
The next page has a form to fill out. Depending on the topic selected, you will be given different contact options. The chat is usually available for account-related issues.

I don't doubt the validity of the existence of the chat anymore, its functionality on the other hand is the issue now. I've waited two days in the chat, nothing has changed nor have any of my cases been resolved.
So its either it is a defective product, or its unprofessionalism on the behave on EA, and its collective customer services practices. On top of all this, the login process is throwing errors so even if you manage to make it though the dreaded email validation loop, your hit with a host of errors like this:
As a software engineer these are sad responses, with no way to escalate the problem to provide a solution.

Sadly this is also of just no use at all. I have submitted 2 "tickets" over the past week without a single response and when I go into my account for open cases.. I have none.
