how do i verify my Identity if i don't have 2 authentication?

anything i try to access, asks for verify my identity. very frustrating. when i can just delete this account an pay for a new one?? but its using the email, i only use. please help? i havent logged ...

You need to contact customer support they will help you verify your ID and then they will set up two step authorization. I had this issue when I had to change over computers a few years ago and that's all I did.
