How long does it take for support to respond
Trying to link my PSN account to EA to redeem the early access code, but I haven't used EA in so long, my psn account is linked to an old email I dont use or even have access to anymore.

PSN has been updated for several years, EA says my PSN name is linked to a different email, (my old one), and wants me to log in with that email, which i cant because I dont know the password, and obviously can't reset it....but thanks for not answering my question
mdja1wtov2js So if your PSN is linked to an old email, how is EA support going to help you with an account that's not in their system. You would need to contact PS Support to get access to your PSN account.
I'm still not even sure what you're trying to do unlink an old one and relink a new one..
If you're trying to unlink the account you shouldn't need access to the old PSN account to unlink it. Just go in and click unlink.
