Unable to unlink Steam account from EA account

Thanks for the reply. The problem is that I no longer have access to the old Steam account that is currently linked. I only have acces to my EA account and my new Steam account.

In this case, should I contact EA Help directly and open a case? If so, could you  please share the correct link or steps for contacting EA help?

If you're looking to remove the Steam account, as you have access to the EA account, you should be able to unlink the accounts by following these steps here. In case you need assistance during these steps, if you scroll down to the bottom of this page, you will see a "Contact Us" button. Click on that button, fill out the form, and you will be presented with the contact options available.

Thanks for the information. I was able to see the unlink steps, but my main issue is that after unlinking. I cannot link my new Steam account. It always says that my EA account has already been linked to another Steam account before.

Is there any way for EA Support to reset this link so that I can connect my new Steam account to my existing EA account?

When you link accounts, it creates a lifetime link to protect you from malicious activity and help prevent performance issues in your games. You can link your Steam account to a different EA account that has never had another Steam account linked to it.
