Hunter/Prey event bug - unable to progress.

I also have completed all the challenges. I just checked.

Hello devs team, I am v1ctor~ from BF6 RedSec, I wanted to let you know that I am unable to see any progress in the Hunter/Prey event. I played for 20+ hours to unlock the new melee weapon. But it looks like it is stuck at 8/11.

Please assist. This is the only game I play with my friends. Please see the SS below for a better understanding.

Do you have any recent Weekly Missions that award tokens for the bonus path left to complete?

It could also be a sync error, but that usually resolves itself by restarting the client or playing another match, which I assume you would have tried.

I did check - I completed all my weekly missions and there were no other award tokens left to complete. Hunter/Prey event had all the missions/tasks completed along with all the weekly. 
Please assist.

If you're certain that you've completed everything that awards a bonus path token (the Hunter/Prey path and most recent weekly missions, as checked already) and have also tried restarting the client and playing further matches, then you'll need to contact EA Help to ask them to investigate further. If it's a sync issue, then it's not something we can assist with here, as nobody can access game accounts.

The "Tell Us More" button at the end of the guide below should let you open a case, although you most likely will need to go through some basic questions with the chatbot first.

The problem you will potentially face, though, is that the event ends today (at 12:00 p.m. UTC, 4 a.m. PDT), and I do not know if EA Help will be able to resolve the issue before the event ends or if this will have an impact on awarding the items.
