Can´t create Support-Ticket

Hey :-)

can´t create a Support ticket

The field "Wähle deine Konsole" (choose your platform) can´t be filled. I tried "PC", "Computer", "Playstation", "Xbox" and many others cominations. Even * as a wildcard. Every time: "no results found".

so, i can´t fill this field and without it, I can`t send a ticket request. What did I wrong?
