Thanks for your reply! I’ve been emailing EA Support through EA Help and trying Live Chat since last year, but I still haven’t gotten any response. I didn’t receive any email with a case number.

If you're not getting a case number, it means your cases aren't being created. That's why you aren't getting a response. Try using an incognito browser to avoid any issues with cookies.
