I am not getting sent a 2fa code to get into my main ea account.

ive been having this issue with ea for a while now. i get randomly logged out and cant get back into my account because i dont get sent my 2fa code even though my details are correct. its becoming a joke now ive paid good money for some of the things on that account and i cant access it because of ea errors. please help me fix this, ive had to use a different ea account to write this. i know all my details including password and email but for some reason im unable to get into the account and access it.
