I bought a SIMS 4 expansion pack that never worked and EA will not refund me.

This has been an absolute nightmare trying to get MY money back from these people. I bought TWO that didn't work but they only refunded me for ONE (although neither worked) Fast forward to a month ...

This is exactly on par with the help I've received so far. Why is it ok for ea to TAKE my money but claim they can't refund it and just KEEP it??? Why won't they give me back my money?? Am I being robbed right now and everyone is just going to look the other way?!?!
