I bought a SWGOH Bundle and nothing arrived

I bought a lightspeed bundle and was charged 25 dollars for it only for nothing to arrive. I report it missing and get told to try a few “fixes”. I wait 24 hours. I also use the restore purchased function and nothing works. They ask for documentation that proves my purchase. So I take screenshots of my order and the person I’m connected with gives me a rundown of all the things I should have got in the bundle. They acknowledge that I bought the bundle and then simply end the ticket/conversation after doing nothing but tell me all the things I’ve paid for and never received. This has to be the worst customer service I have ever seen or had.
