Still no solution for blocked access via 5G
This issue still hasn't been resolved. A wide variety of phones have been having issues with accessing the mobile application from mobile networks for months now, The 5G connection I have is fantastic, not a single other service is having issues. A speedtest shows that I have 690 MBps download and 30MS ping on 5G (see attached). I'm using a Samsung S23 and the app has NO issue running on WiFi. You are primarily a mobile game. How in the world do you expect people to play your game if they can't access it via a Mobile Network???17Views0likes1CommentIssues With the In Game Store
I've had a problem for the past ~5-6 months, where most packs in the store end up not showing up for me. All of the packs that cost actual money show up, but packs such as the 500cr relic packs, chromium packs, and character troves never show up. I tried 3 months back to get help with this problem to no avail, but I am unable to purchase the 8,000 shard shop currency trove atm, and would like to have this problem fixed so I could actually use the in-game store again. This problem persists on the PC client as well as on mobile, with only the webstore being usable (troves and chromiums don't show up on the webstore though). Hello support team! The new Quest UI looks great and is almost 100% working as expected for me. I had quite a few auto completions after the update yesterday (10.5m account). I seem to have one quest that will not advance under Journey Quests. Win 1 Dark Side Hard Battle. I have tried manually fighting and using a SIM on Kelleren, Shin and Tie Dagger nodes, but none seem to move the quest along. Hello there! So when I try to link the swgoh account I have stored in my device with Ea it won't let me because of a birthdate difference between both accounts. When I set up the old swgoh account on my phone a couple of years ago I introduced a random birth date and I have tried contacting help.ea.com but all my assistants didn't know what to do. This is not the first time I have encountered a bug. When the Dagger gets 15 stacks of vengeance, these stacks are not removed and continue to hang on the Dagger. Ship doesn't get a bonus move and no regeneration, and at the same time I noticed that he can be hit by any ship ignoring the taunt.
