New Label Calendar Bug
Used to play this game for a few years before taking a massive break, which I then took another break. I've been interested in coming back to have a game to just play to pass the time, but unfortunately, it seems I'm unable to do that. For the past few months, anytime I've tried to play the game, I can get into it for about a minute before I'm met with what I can assume is the 'Daily Calendar', however, it's been replaced by a menu that seems incomplete. I'm met with 'New Label, expires in 11d 7h" and on the side, it has 'Title Text', 'Amount Text', 'Text goes here", etc. Almost like the update either bugged or the entire system is bugged. Recently, I tried to install it on my PC to see if I'd run into the same issue, and wouldn't you guess, I did. In fact, I left my PC going while I ran an errand and when I came back over an hour later, it was still stuck loading. I cleared the cache on my phone when I tried to play it and I've made a ticket with EA Help, but I'm not sure what to do. This account is years old, level 85 and has a lot of childhood memories and characters for me. I'd rather not have to delete the account or start over just because of a broken calendar. Any help would be appreciated.

Merrin Relic 7 dropped to 1. I paid for her bundle, how can you just change a product after it’s been sold? Talk about shady business. I understand her Omicron was “broken”. But that has literally nothing to do with Relic Levels. This is not okay, and to refund nowhere near the materials needed is an added slap in the face. This very pointless rollback took my relic 7 Merrin down to relic 1, she was the main reason I even purchased the lightspeed bundle, this incident does not sit well with me as a consumer and I will never purchase an LSB again with the uncertainty of not getting to keep what I paid for in the back of my mindBought the 5 pack no initial unit shards for r5d4
As another guy posted I bought the five pack and did not get the initial shards you would get from r5d4. Instead I got the usual character gear screen after restarting the game I am now missing a significant amount of shards as I did not getthe usual start up shards!! Please help! I used to play in 2017 on my android phone. I recently started playing again, but I have had to restart because every time I tried to import the account, it kept giving me error 9 and making me restart the game. I would like to regain access to this account or receive a refund for the money I spent on that old account since it is inaccessible at no fault of my own. Please help.I can't play the game anymore only on wifi.
Since a pretty big while it is not possible for me anymore to play the game if i am not connected to wifi. I have read many topics about it, but none help. I checked the setting for my phone if it allows to run heroes through mobile network. But that is correct. Further i have checked the connection itself and it is working correctly. Other games are no issue i only seem to have this issue on Heroes. Is there a setting in game or maybe on account level? Please help.. i get a conection error when trying to connect
