Cant link my account to EA because of wrong birthday.
So I created my swgoh account around a year ago. Then stopped playing during that time I switched phones from Android to Iphone. Then I wanted to play again on my new phone. I realised the easiest way and only way to get my account on my new phone, is to link it through EA. I thought this will be no problem because i allready had a EA account. But now when i try to link my account to EA I get a message ¨We can't link you'r EA Account¨ The reason being that my swgoh account don't have the same birthday as my EA account. Then it said contect EA help to get your ingame birthday changed. I obvesly went on my EA account to chek if the birthday there was correct and it was. So then i got in contect whit EA help and got no where. First i got told ¨For us to change your account birthday you need to contect EA help through the game¨ So I did i got one replay a day so this prossec lasted over a week. In the end they said they needed proff of what my birtday was and asked me to send a picture of something to prove your age. So I added a picture of my passport witch I didn't relly want to do, but had nothing else to prove my age. Then i get told I because I am not 18 they cant change it. Because I put in a random birthday when I created my account I basically lost my account until I am 18. Unless I keep playing on my old broken down phone. If anyone have any way of helping me ore idea to wath I should or can do come with it.
Game performance
The problem is that the game lags and freezes occasionally. I'm playing on my phone, but on my mobile device, the game only runs at 30 fps. At least increase it to 60 fps to make it more standard. Modern devices allow this. My phone is not weak, and I'd like to enjoy the game, not experience endless freezing and lag. I hope you can help me with this. Because this is a mobile game, and I'd like to see some technical improvements as well. Realme GT 7 Pro This is a flagship device, but the point is that the game hasn't moved forward technically for 10 years, 30 fps from the very start, let's say I don't always have the opportunity to play on a PC where 60 fps are available, I think that this can be done on a phone, and there is no need to look for an excuse, besides, I don't think it will be too resource-intensive
Huge bug in TW
Hi, I used queen amidala, Master qui gon, and Padawan obi wan, and suddenly, in the battle amidala died. She was full life, no debuff, and died. Just died. What the hell is this bug. Sorry CG, we know, this unexpected feature. Why there's no log in your game. All modern games have log. And what about you ? When Will we know what happened in battles ? Thanks.
