I have already tried using the “Contact Us” button four times in the past six months. Unfortunately, I never received any reply from EA Support. Could you please escalate my case or provide me with an alternative way to reach an advisor?

Did you get a case created or is it not showing up under your cases? If you don't see it, it doesn't sound like it was created. The best I can advise is to try again.
