I cannot disconnect the steam account from the second ea account

Hello, Electronic Arts, I'm here to say that when I was playing a game called Apex Legends, you released an update for 11 gigs with which my account was not available due to an age bug. They advised me to change the account and link the steam account to the second account on which I am writing to you now. I have a lock for untying EA to Steam for 176 days. I am very sorry that this happened and I would like to ask you to reset this limit so that I could get my account back in apex legends again, I donated and bought a lot of things there, I don't want to wait a few months to get into my favorite game

    Hey e9b875kcgdhb​, understand the frustration and want to play the game but sorry to say, there is nothing we or anyone else at EA can do to speed up this time restriction.

    What I can do is pass your feedback in relation to this on to the team to consider.
