I can't find support anymore.

I can't find support on https://help.ea.com/cn/help-home/ under my account. Where is the online chat block? I can't find any contact for support.

Lock my topic is your services. Kill problem man?

  • The exact steps that EA_cuervo are below, in case they help.

    - Go to help.ea.com
    - Select "EA Account" from the menu beneath the search bar (it should be the very first tile).
    -  Click "See all help topics".
    - Select "I want to update my EA Account information".
    - Select "Chat with us" (it should be just beneath the articles that appear. There's a screenshot below of how it should look).
    - Follow the steps on-screen from that point, and you should be able to initiate a chat.

    Hi there, 

    The chat option shows up depending on the product and subject selected. If you wish to speak to someone on chat and the intents you're selecting are not giving you an option to start a chat, please try selecting "EA Account" as the product and "I want to update my EA Account information" as the subject.

    I don't understand... I can't find what you say (on any web page). One problem not solved, then more problems found. (cry)

    Yes, I found "Chat with us", but it disappear once I log in.

    It seems to say: "You are a unwelcome customer". :'(

    In that case, you will need to select the option to continue without logging in. It should appear after you select "I want to update my EA Account information", provided that you're not logged in initially.

    Thanks for your quick reply.  I guess there's no other choice... (It must work without logging in.) 😫

    You should still be able to speak to an advisor if you continue without logging in.
